I didn't give a breath or blood test, will I lose my license?
Texas State Law says that you will lose your license if you do not yield to a breath or blood test when asked. This is in addition to spending time in jail. However, it is not mandatory for you to lose your license. Your attorney can file for an ALR (Administrative License Review). At this hearing it is possible for you to retain your license.
